Trey is a 1982 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in the states of West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Maryland and a professional surveyor in the state of West Virginia. As President of the firm, Trey is responsible for the management and oversight of most of the firm 's engineering assignments, assuring professional work and timely execution. Primary engineering activities include work associated with planning, design and project management of water, sewer and land development projects.
John attended West Virginia University focusing on civil engineering, surveying and preparatory courses. He is a registered professional surveyor in the state of West Virginia and has worked at the firm since 1993 where he presently serves as Vice President and Survey Manager. John meets with survey clients and directs the work of the survey crews. Additionally, he performs the courthouse research, site visits, and prepares or oversees the creation of maps, plats and descriptions generated by our surveying data.

As a project designer, Eli's duties include the site development design for gas well sites, including earth work and embankment, drainage, erosion and sediment control and construction quantities using AutoCad and Civil 3D. Other responsibilities include hydraulic analysis and design for public water distribution systems, truck turn analysis and roadway design for oversized loads, and construction observation.
